Breathe, move, unwind.

Yoga links movement with breath to build strength, flexibility and balance – and to quieten a busy mind. Our classes range from flowing, energising sessions to slow, restful practices, so there's something for whatever kind of week you're having.

Every class is taught by an experienced teacher who offers options for each pose, so you can go gently or challenge yourself. You don't need to be flexible to start – that's what yoga is for.
