Pilates, with springs to guide you.
The Tower is a mat-based Pilates unit with springs, bars and loops. The springs give you both resistance and support, and the feedback helps you find imbalances and switch on your deep core.
It builds the four pillars of physical longevity – stability, strength, stretch and stamina – with slow, precise movement, spring-assisted stretches deeper than you'd get on the mat, and lots of work for the small stabilising muscles that protect your joints.
- The springsAdd resistance to make a move harder, or support to make it easier.
- The barsPush and pull for spinal mobility, upper-body and core strength.
- The loopsUsed with your feet or hands for leg work and long, deep stretches.
- The matClasses are mat-based, so the Tower is easy to get started on.
One class, every level.
The Tower: Mixed Ability is open to everyone – from complete beginners to experienced Pilates fans. With just five people per class, your instructor will set the springs and options to suit you.
