Our High Street studio sits in the centre of Horley, on the Surrey and West Sussex border, just minutes from Gatwick Airport. We welcome members from across Horley, Salfords, Smallfield, Charlwood, Redhill, Reigate, Crawley and the surrounding villages.Free parking is available at Waitrose, a 2-minute walk from the studio (2-hour limit). All of our apparatus-based classes: Reformer (multiple levels), Wunda Chair, Classical Equipment, and 1-1/private sessions. Mat Pilates, yoga, barre and sound baths run at our Horley Row studio.

Yes - our Beginner Reformer class is designed for complete newcomers. No prior experience needed; your instructor will guide you through everything in the session.

Our Classical Equipment studio features a Full Cadillac and Classical Reformer — the original apparatus that the Pilates method was built around. Classes work the whole body using a system of bars, springs and straps, and are suitable for a range of experience levels.

Private sessions are booked directly with an instructor and tailored entirely to you — whether that's working around an injury, building technique, or progressing faster than a group class allows. No - there's no membership for reformer, wunda chair or private sessions, however, we do have a selection of class passes which offer discounts for bulk bookings. You can book a single class pass, or blocks of 5, 10 or 20.

Just yourself and some water. All equipment is provided. Grip socks are essential for all apparatus classes and are available to buy at the studio.
